What do I need to do before my cleaning?
There is very little that you need to do to prepare your home for our arrival. The only thing we ask is that you remove any plants, lamps, knick-knacks or other items resting on furniture being moved from the rooms being cleaned. Our technicians will vacuum, move furniture, and prep the areas to be cleaned.

Hot water extraction. This is the only cleaning method recommended by your carpet manufacturer.
Does carpet cleaning leave a residue on the carpet?
e-Fresh Planet uses a soft water, fresh-water rinse. Our cleaning method will not leave a residue on your carpet. When choosing e-Fresh Planet to clean your carpet, it will stay clean longer, and the life of your carpet will be extended.
